Freeze seemingly at random

Game freezes seemingly at random, not a CTD but have to force exit. Clean install, no mods or saves. Happened constantly in the dupe selection screen on creating a new save, managed to get past it but froze again after about 20 minutes of play. Player.log always ends with nearly identical lines, so I assume that's the culprit. Reports from other people with the same issue had no solution. Logs are attached.
