Fossil Fragments in Wetlands biome may spawn in Neutronium border

The large 2x2 fossil fragments that randomly appear in the Wetlands biome may spawn overlapping the Neutronium border, making them unable to be excavated as they are considered entombed and cannot be dug out.

These examples are from my game on Rime with Wetlands biome added as part of DLC remixes. In both cases the fossil fragments are generated on the right border of the map, with the two rightmost tiles considered entombed.

This game file was generated on 22 June, under game version 675600. I have checked the patch notes released since then and there has been no mention of correcting any errors related to fossil fragments, so I assume the problem has not been fixed.

Other oddities with this save file -

1. This Rime asteroid has the Irregular Oil world trait, but no patches of oil were generated outside of the bottom of the map where the oil biome is typically situated. Additionally, the oil biome is generated hot as it normally is on other asteroids (70-80°C), unlike how it is usually generated on Rime where the crude oil is frozen solid.

In a sense, it is indeed 'Irregular Oil', but not the irregularity I expected!

2. The Tundra biome did not generate as would be expected on Rime asteroids (issue already reported on 27 June)

Steps to Reproduce

Seed for this game on Rime V-SFRZ-C-939346432-0-41-2QY77
(first generated 22 June, game update 675600)

All DLCs were enabled and all DLC biomes were added with 'Likely' frequency except Nectar biome.

User Feedback

Issue still occurring as of April 27,2026
Game Seed: SNDST-C-839186435-0-V7-70N97
Default starting Planetoid, all DLC settings set to "Likely".
Screenshot is in a lightly modded game.
Mods: Priority Zero, Grouped Resources, Ladder Replace, Sweep By Type, Customizable Speed, Better Info Cards, FreeCamera
I've noticed this in unmodded games as well, but didn't think to look it up at that time.

Not game breaking, but inconvenient.
