At random intervals, a flash of white engulfs a rectangle portion of the world, it lasts for roughly 2 seconds. It causes all tiles to appear as if they are melting for a minute before returning to normal.
Steps to Reproduce
It seems like it only occurs when I use arrow keys to navigate, but it doesn't happen in any consistent pattern. Roughly occurs 3 or 4 times an hour.
