I have a pool of polluted water filling up in an area with hydrogen pipes chilled to -100C, when the water (~10C) reaches 800kg in the bottom tile and "touches" the next pipe the pipe goes to 0C but the polluted water flashes freezes to -40C polluted ice.
Steps to Reproduce
1. load Trainwreck.sav 2. wait a few seconds for the water in cold tank to climb to to 800kg / tile 3. observe flash freeze
