When a new ball of algae is dropped on the spoon, Pacu fish cannot recognized it, and keep the "searching for food" state. The spoon can only be recognized once there is some action performed on the fish feeder, either a duplicant or auto-sweeper supply in something new inside.
Steps to Reproduce
Set up the following scenario to reproduce this bug:
Set up a fish feeder, fill with some algae. Then remove all possible ways to access it. Spawn some Pacu fish. It can be observed that fish do not eat the algae, unless allow some action to be performed on it, such as letting a duplicant or auto-sweeper load bait into it. This can be reproduced on the same fish feeder by repeating the above steps, for each newly dropped algae ball on the spoon.
