Filters lose filters when rebuilt

When ordering a gas or liquid filter to be rebuilt with a new material (haven't tried with solid filters), the rebuilt filter has no filters set.

Steps to Reproduce

-Build a gas or liquid filter

-Set the filter

-Order a rebuild in a new material

-Cry when your dirty brick fills up with polluted oxygen
