On second asteroid in the Spaced out DLC, I have tons of sedimentary rock. yet when I call to build with it, the game says I am lacking the resource. It still gets built, but it is a weird error nonetheless. I believe the game may still be using the resource list from the first asteroid, it hasn't effected my gameplay much. Mostly just weird to see the building being built while I'm told the material is missing and see that i have TONS available 
I had duplicates on both asteroids and I went to build something with sedimentary rock. the only thing i could think of that may have caused this to occur is at the time i was clicking back and forth a lot due to a food shortage, and if that doesn't recreate it, maybe try changing asteroids as the game auto-saves. or see if my screenshot helps to clarify anything.
