Falling tiles (sand, snow, etc) do not appear when they collapses onto a building blueprint

When sand collapses (from digging the tile under it out), the fallen sand does not appear when it has fallen onto a blueprint for a building tile. Was able to replicate several times at several different distances away from sand, ie the sand can fall 1 tile or more. Also was able to replicate with several stacked blueprints, ie 2 vertical blueprints with 2 tiles of sand falling vertically.

Was also able to replicate with Sand, Snow, Crushed Ice, and Mud.

Was able to replicate with different blueprints for tiles, insulated tiles, airflow tiles, and a mechanized airlock. 

Was able to replicate on Starter (Icy) Asteroid as well as the Swamp Asteroid

Steps to Reproduce

Dig 2 tiles under sand (leave solid tile underneath sand so it doesn't collapse yet), place tile blueprint in this tile, dig out tile below sand. Works with 1-4 tile gap between blueprint and falling sand
