Falling duplicants (e.g. a duplicant who has mined out the square under him) can pass through locked pneumatic doors.

Steps to Reproduce
Have a locked (horizontal) pneumatic door. Have an isolated dupe mine his last space to stand while above that door. Watch has duplicant falls through the door.
