There's a falling block stuck in mid-air while the falling animation is running, but the block isn't falling. I am unable to build in the 2 block spaces this block is taking up. I would like a suggestion on how to remove this glitch block from the world, as i need the space where it has appeared. Also, when i put my mouse over it, it says oxygen level on the designated block instead of saying what kind of block it is.

Steps to Reproduce
I encountered this bug while making 4 cots in a line while mining out the area and building tile as floor. I did not watch this as it appeared, as i was busy getting oxygen for my people. There were two people mining this block without any mine progress being made, so i sent then away and pressed cancel building.
