When you try and remove contents from the conveyor rails you are able to select the tool and click and drag but there is no icon to indicate it as a task. I also tried to do it in debug mode and doesn't do anything.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Select empty pipe contents 2. go into transport layer 3. select and drag the area you want the contents removed
