External links keeps game running

There are links in-game which will open a webpage, for example "Fast Friends" picture or "Feedback->report a bug" button. But even if you Quit the game this will keep the game running in the background until you close the browser. One requirement for this is browser not being open prior to opening the link.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make sure your default browser is not running. Launch the game from Steam.

2. Click the "Fast friends" picture. This will open your browser. 

3. Now switch back to the game and Quit by clicking the Quit button. 

4. Now you should still have your browser open and also Steam saying that the game is still running. 

5. Close your browser and this should close the game on Steam.

This is not a bug. Steam tracks whether a game is running based on the status of the process. It also tracks the status of any child processes created by that process, so if the game launches a browser then Steam will treat that browser process as a part of the game.

The reason it does not happen if you already have a browser open is that a browser will generally redirect to an existing process if one exists rather than creating a new one.
