Expression Update: Mining Animation and Storage compactor- Incorrect sprite layering

Observed Issue:

When a dupe is in the base level mining animation in front of an empty storage compactor, the capacity indicator sprite shows  layered above the dupe sprite.

Problem persisted from both animation orientations and from empty to half full capacity sprite states.





Steps to Reproduce
Build a storage compactor and have a dupe mine the tile one unit above and to the right or left of the storage compactor.
