I came upon this bug today as I was going to create an exosuit:
I went to my Electric Grill and changed recipe to see what happened, and the Exosuit Forge mimicked whichever recipe that was selected. I'm pretty sure it's not supposed to do that. 
The Forge returned to "normal" once I clicked on Atmo Suit. After that I don't see grill recipes there anymore.
