The bug: A dupe will run and run and run their little heart out without ever stopping, if there is a battery with no floor.
It will continuously try to charge a battery with no floor despite the battery being unable to accept charge.
This happened with me with only a single battery in the network.
To reproduce: Build Manual generator, and battery, then accidentally (Or deliberately if you are evil) remove the floor under the battery. The dupe will try constantly without stopping to charge the battery despite being unable to. This was a single battery, and also the only battery on the network in the early game. I wanted to replace dirt floor, but the floor under the battery was removed then not immediately replaced, revealing this pretty funny bug
