Dups wrongly using shower

How it works, put 2 showers next to each other one dup will come in and come out immediately leaving "progress" bar for someone else to fill up and go somewere else or go to the second shower and switch between them until one of the bars will fill up.

It cause small waste in water and wery huge waste in time, also in my experience this can render showers useless because dups will waste hude part of day playing with showers and in the end they will still stay dirty.

Steps to Reproduce
Try to put 2 shower next to each other and just let thing be. I tested this only with 2 showers operating. Also you can make dups swim in contaminated water.

Had this exact same issue,when contaminated water drips into clean water it kind of reacts till all the water is gone

I had the same Bug with just one Shower but two other Water needing Buildings in the Pipeline before the Shower.

I think the base Problem is that the Shower doesn't store the Water and the Pipes don't supply it fast enough. The Shower says "not pumping" for a second after a Dupe finishes showering early.
