Duplicants wont sweep seeds from the ice biome

Duplicants will not pick up the Wort \ Sleet Wheat seeds even though they can clearly reach them. I can sweep everything else in the zone (snow, ice etc). This seems to only be happening in the ice biome.

Steps to Reproduce
Not sure what the trigger is.
Go to bugs

It seems reachable, but did u check the navigation map?
Is there a storage available and authorized for this kind of seed?
Did u check the priorities?
