Duplicants weirdly shaking while eating vitamin chew

When duplicant eats Vitamin Chew straight from the ground, eating animation looks normal. But when the Vitamin Chew is taken from the "Ration Box", duplicant just stand in constructing/digging position and weirdly shaking until he ends eating.

At this screen you can see that Hassan who is just eating his vitamin chew stands in this position. What is interesting, I have noticed that during this animation dupes can still open their mouths and "speaking".
