Duplicants stuck doing nothing

Duplicants sometimes get stuck doing tasks. Their tools disappear and get completely frozen in place until I manually move them around or the shift ends. It happens really frequently, not only a time or two, I've seen it tens of times in each game at least, but it only happens if they initiate the task while you look at them (not focused, only if the camera is above them in general).
