Duplicants ignore Compost after abandoning it mid-flip

It's happened in 2 of my 'worlds' now. If the Compost needs flipping and the duplicant leaves in the middle of flipping the Compost due to the lack of Oxygen, all the duplicants will ignore that Compost from that moment on, even if I set the priority to 9.

I don't know if this is relevant, but both times it happened, I had placed the Compost immediately beside the Outhouse (once on the left and once on the right).

Steps to Reproduce
1. Place a Compost in a low-Oxygen environment (or lower the Oxygen near the Compost) 2. Have a duplicant run out of breath while flipping the Compost

I am having a similar problem; my duplicants have stopped flipping compost heaps altogether. I've restarted three times now and they always refuse to flip the compost no matter what the priority is.

I reinstalled the game and stopped having problems. It's possible that no one was flipping the compost because I had Farming set to a low priority, but I'm not too sure.
