Duplicants get stuck when they attack and hug the Cuddle Pip

As the title, duplicants can be stuck to death.

This bug happens sometimes, probably caused by the object that the duplicant is hugging has been killed?

Steps to Reproduce

1. Get some Cuddle Pips and keep them happy so duplicants can hug them

2. Attack the Pips
