so i just played the game normally as usuall, then i noticed the dupes weren't completing the construction of some of the automation wires. they deliver the materials and start the construction, but before finishing it, they leave it disappears from the "Errands" screen. i've never had this issue before. i tried restarting the game, and it didn't help
