I have a Sweepy that has Low Battery and Can't reach base station. However, when displaying navigation, it does show a line to the base. Also, duplicants regularly do come to Sweepy, but then just stand next to it for a moment and then leave. I'm assuming they are coming to rescue him, but then just simply won't.
Steps to Reproduce
The only thing I can think of is that Sweepy was blocked by water before, but even after mopping it up, nothing changed. Other than that, the exact steps are unknown, since I just found him like this.
