Duplicant walking animation speed glitch

When a duplicant gets off of a ladder and onto a tile that slows their runspeed, their animation speed stays at that slower speed, even when they walk onto tiles that speed them up. This effect stops as soon as the duplicant stops walking. I first encountered this in a modded game, but recreated it in a sandbox game and got the same result. Below are 2 videos showing both games, the modded and the unmodded sandbox.


Steps to Reproduce

When I encountered the bug, I was building a small manual power station for my early game base. To recreate it, just make a flat floor out of tiles, and somewhere along the floor put a tile that has either a lower or negative runspeed bonus. Then, put a ladder above that tile and have a duplicant go down the ladder and then walk across the floor.
