Duplicant pathfinding through water restricted even by grams of it

Pathfinding should not be restricted by water tiles with just a few grams of liquid. All these apparent masses of water that eventually stop dupes going to dig further steps are less than 1 kg of water each, maybe 1 kg of water all together.

Steps to Reproduce
Load attached save and inspect duplicant navigation. Check amounts of water that eventually stop the pathfinding.

I think I'm seeing the same thing here. I have blocks that are unreachable but they shouldn't be.
