Duplicant get stuck

Occasionally, replicates seem to get "stuck" - they are unable to move. When this happens, their sprite animation acts a little glittery - like they are trying to move but can't. Usually selecting the replicant and directing them to move just to the left or right get's them unstuck and they go about their business. It seems to happen the most when a duplicant uses a sink, but it occasionally happens elsewhere.

Steps to Reproduce
This is hard to replicate - it seems to happen randomly.

in my game, it happen many times when they enter/exit the bath, they just stay there until i move then.

sometimes it also happen in the grill

Saved game included, duplicant travaldo should be stuck in the shower... loading the game looks like it gets unstuck, but keep the game going and sooner or later they will get stuck again
