One of my duplicants does not move and seems to hover above a non-existent tile. She seems to be stuck on top of that tile with her reported as being idle after that tile was dug (shown on image on the status bar on the left). I tried to move her and it says that the destination is unreachable (shown on image with the red cursor). I tried to build a tile just beside her (shown on image), and still, she doesn't move nor it is reachable from her. I haven't tried to build a tile or a ladder underneath her.

Digging errand given
Observing other parts of the map and perhaps giving some other errands (I don't remember exactly)
Digging errand was seen to be finished with a duplicant seen hovering
Checked her navigation by clicking on her and choose the 'move to' button, and resulting in the reported finding
Building a tile beside her in which she supplied the sedimentary rock used to build the tile and then built the tile herself.
