This duplicant here, Otto, is constantly complaining about everything at night. Sometimes it's food, sometimes it's decor. During the night the message pops up over and over interrupting itself, in these pictures I have him complaining about decor in a very fancy environment, if you can't read it Otto here says that his decor expectation is 40, and the area around him is 129-150 decor. Yet he's complaining about the absolutely horrendous conditions he's in:

To be honest, I don't know. The only steps I need to take at any given time for this to occur is for it to be night time, and he'll start complaining a lot.
