Duplicant can't do a job because he's "not capable" of doing it although he actually is.

After the new update I started a new world and first everything was fine. Then I printed a new Duplicant because he had +5 Creativity, and I wanted someone to do the art job. But on the job tab it said he's not capable of performing the art job, although he has no traits that would block him from beeing an artist. After a restart of the game it worked again, but it was really strange.
