Dupes that hydrofan do that animation for everything

This happened to me as well. But the dupe would only use the animation for generating power on the manual generators. They would use the proper animation for everything else.

In my game, they use this animation for sleeping, toilet, eating, healing, generating power, switching stuff on and off, pretty much everything. I also seen hydrofans not noticing that the dupes are gone and being "In Use"... I wonder if it's related. http://prntscr.com/etonco
