Unassigning a dupe from the Neural Vaccilator if they are already on their way doesn't work. Even giving them a command to move somewhere else does not work, they ignore that. The only way I managed to stop this behavior is by denying them access to the room through the door.
Steps to Reproduce
As soon as the game loads, unassign the dupe that is currently assigned to the neural vaccilator. Unpause and witness her go in anyway. Load the save again. Unassign her again. Make her move somewhere else. Unpause and witness her ignore the move command and still go in the neural vaccilator. Load the save a third time. Unassign her again. Deny her access through the door. Unpause and give her access again. She will now continue her normal tasks and actually understand the unassignment.
