Dupes sometimes decide that oxygen is, indeed, not included. Unsure how to replicate, other than sending dupes into and out of oxygen free environments repeatedly. Attached screenshot of my dupes digging out a hole and very clearly in a carbon dioxide saturated environment, but not holding breath or having issues breathing at all.
Steps to Reproduce
Send duplicants into and out of oxygen-free environment to handle various errands until they decide they can breathe the gas found in the other area

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
