Dupes ignoring the massage table

As my cycles move forward, no matter how many I place, my dupes will ignore the massage table and reach 100% stress.  I don't know how to fix this issue. Very frustrating!

Steps to Reproduce
Just play the game and watch your stress levels continue to rise.
Go to bugs

Disregard...was suggesting assigning dupes to a table but apparently that was in an old build...just tried it and can't find the option now.

Make sure the massage tables are powered.

Make sure the massage tables' threshold values are set up correctly

Make sure the massage tables are higher priority than other jobs you give to your dupes.

Make sure your dupes are allowed to take massage in the Jobs list.
