Disregard - I did end up finding them, they died off in a corner of the map. Incidentally it would be useful to be able to cycle through dead dupes as well as live ones.
A few cycles ago I had 12 dupes but I just noticed that my dupe count is now showing 10 dups. I searched around and they do not appear to have died. After a bit more poking around I figured out who the two dupes are. They are the most recent ones I received and while the dupe count and several other UI layers no longer show them, I can still assign them to a cot as well as to the teleporter.
Steps to Reproduce
I have no idea how to reproduce this, never seen it before.
