dupes getting caught in areas completely sealed off from dug areas and dying. a few times now, my dupes have somehow made their way into undug areas, often with no oxygen in them and sealed off from dug out areas. no idea how they get in them as there is no way in.... or out for them without digging.
Steps to Reproduce
no clue how it happens, always happens off screen. just suddenly find I cant find a dupe and its in an area like that.
