Dupes experiencing Chilly Surroundings despite being in areas over 80+ degrees F

Basically just what the title says. I don't know why my dupes all seem to get the Chilly Surroundings debuff when the temp of the whole area they go around is often over 80 degrees, more than the temp of a normal starting biome. If this is because of them just stepping into any liquid, then that still is kind of ridiculous. pretty much all of the liquid they go in is over 75 degrees too, which, while I can get that being in any neutral temp water can make you feel colder, more often than not I feel like it doesn't affect you enough to be THAT debilitating. I really hope the frequency of the debuff is nerfed, assuming this isn't some kind of bug, because that basically means doing anything outside your base without a suit will make them too chilly. Or, at the very least, have a setting in world generation to change how tolerant dupes can be of more common temp changes like this.

Just tested this in Sandbox mode, and had a dupe run from 90 degree water to 100 degree water. They started off chilly, became normal for a second, but then instantly got the Toasty Surroundings debuff. It seemed like the only temps that were normal for them were like 95-100, which is a ridiculously small window to go from chilly to toasty.

Steps to Reproduce

In Sandbox mode, spawn a dupe in any 80 degrees F water, and they instantly get the Chilly surroundings debuff. Worked up to around 90 degrees for me

User Feedback

I am also experiencing this issue. Dupes are in the bedrooms, surroundings over 30º C, their body temperatures are above 30º C, and the erroneous Chilly Surroundings debuff keeps waking them up. It's screwing up my colony at a sensitive time with complex builds queued, to the extent that it's taking MULTIPLE TURNS ON YELLOW ALERT just to replace a few segments of wire. Because they're unable to sleep, every single dupe is at or approaching 100% stress.

I'm not sure how to reproduce this, because I'm not doing anything interesting. I don't have a cooling loop set up, the bedrooms are not next to a cold biome, etc.

Chilly surroundings is based on the rate of decrease of their body temperature, not specifically the surrounding temperature relative to their body temperature. If they're in a cool-ish liquid, or hydrogen gas, their temperature exchange with the environment can be fairly high, leading to chilly surroundings.

Neither of these is the case for me. There IS pwater all over the floor, because my dupes started peeing EVERYWHERE when they couldn't sleep. The pwater and the air around them is over 30º C.

This is occurring in oxygen-filled luxury bedrooms. Chilly Surroundings debuff keeps being triggered by nothing while they are trying to sleep, causing stress to skyrocket unpreventably.
