Dupes dropping items on ladders

This has been in the game from the start. When a dupe has something in their inventory and they’re on a ladder and they get a notification (low oxygen, bathroom, etc.) they’ll drop whatever they are holding causing a large buildup of items at the bottom of ladders. I’m not sure if this counts as a bug but it is definitely an issue that requires a QoL update
