I have a water pump and algae colonies on the same level. I have noticed my dupes pumping water to fill a bottle, adding water to colonies and then dropping the rest of the water through the floor so that it lands at the bottom of my cistern.
Expected behaviour is that the excess water bottle is dropped on the water pump's walkable surface.
Steps to Reproduce
Unsure. My hypothesis is it's happening when a dupe is topping up a water consuming structure while standing on the water pump, they have left-over water and drop it, and the dropped water goes through the walkable surface of the water pump.
