Dupes don't go to sleep and sit in Beach Chair all night instead

I noticed that after my dupes started getting "+400% exhausted" debuffs when taking off their atmo-suits. I thought there was a bug with the checkpoint that made them get exhausted and fall asleep on the spot, but after observing them carefully I noticed they stopped going to sleep and sit in their sunbathing chairs all night instead.
Screenshot attached, on it Nisbet in particular is still on the "sleep" block but she's still in the chair, other 2 dupes also haven't slept and were slowly loosing stamina.
