Whenever a dupe passes a wash basin, they won't use it. This would be okay if they had 0 germs however that's not always the case. If a dupe is already using a wash basin or an ore scrubber, they should wait until that dupe is finished instead of just bypassing it altogether. Or even better would be to allow multiple dupes to use a wash basin/ore scrubber at the same time.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Place a wash basin in front of a cluster of slime lung infested ores. 2. Having maybe 5 dupes, order them to dig the slime lung infested ores. 3. When they pass the wash basin to go to sleep or something, watch as only 1 dupe will stop to use the wash basin while everyone just skips it because it's already in use.
