When a Dupe can not hold its breath any longer and there is a single O2 tile that floats into and out of the dupes range to reach it the Dupe will Well like I said cha-cha run back and forth in a small area 1-3 blocks usually until they run out of air completely and die. Yes the Suffocation alarm sounds and If you are right on it you can Micro manage the Dupe with the move to command but that still does not excuse the fact that it is a Bug.
The only way I see to fix this is to implement a prioritize none moving O2 block or a Majority Wins priority saying that the dupe will go to an area that has atleast 3 adjacent O2 tiles over the 1.
