Development build: DU 229689
I have a dupe A with 12 lvl Digging, and he does nothing but digging. However, when it comes to construction, it goes
1.{dupe A stays idle}
2.{dupe B delivers sandstone to a ladder blueprint}
3.{now dupe A is finally able to dig, which he does, making space for ladder}
4.{dupe B builds a ladder}.
Shouldn't it be 3-2-4? Why is dupe A unable to dig until someone delivers material to blueprint?
Steps to Reproduce
1. Set a dupe for digging tasks only 2. Mark some soil with digging tool 3. Place a blueprint over that soil 4. Dupe cannot dig soil behind the blueprint for no reason (until someone delivers material to said blueprint)
