Dupe stuck on picking up material, Lab asteroid.

The duplicant in the mess hall is trying to get some copper ore from below themself - see the red circle - but gets stuck on the task. The problem persists with save and load. The dupe can be forced out of it by sending them to a far enough away location, but obviously it's not ideal to have to babysit my dupes on the off chance they get stuck like this. 

Save file with the problem attached. No mods are in use. This is on the "The Lab" seed. No story elements or DLCs active.
