The dream journal is missing from the storage menu. This means you can't transfer a dream journal through the Supply Teleporter or via a rocket, because you can't define it as a transportable/storable material. I have a dream journal stuck on a foreign planet without a Dream Synthesizer on that planet. I believe it should probably go under the "Industrial Material" section.
Steps to Reproduce
Locate a dream journal. Try to transfer to another planet.
