Displayed overheat temperature of Liquid Shutoff

The overheat temperature of Liquid Shutoff is displayed as a 55 degrees in Celcius but the base value is 348.2 with lead -20. So overheat temperature should be 328.2.

Build liquid shutoff from lead.

not a bug, just worded poorly.

the +348.2°C base value is calculated in relation to 0 Kelvin, not 0°C , aka 75°C normal overheat temperature
