Hello,
there is a problem with `Disable delivery`/`Enable delivery` option - it doesn't work at all.
Auto-sweepers are not delivering, but dupes are.

Steps to Reproduce
Setup something that need some resources, i.e. algae terrarium. Check `Disable delivery`. Dupes still are delivering resources (i.e. algae).
