Dig command (Shovel icon) overlay on MacOS Not Displaying

The "shovel" icon is not appearing for dig instructions on Mac OS.

Steps to Reproduce

I'm playing on a MacBook Pro M1 running macOS Big Sur with the Spaced Out DLC.

1. Press "G" on the keyboard to bring up the dig tool

2. Select a number of tiles to give a dig instruction.

3. Observe that the "Shovel" icon is not appearing over the dig command.
