Deodorizer and Water Sieve some updates for Filtration Medium (because of Regolith)

First the description need to be updated to say Filtration Medium instead of just only Sand
As extra Feature it would be good to control what the Dupes use as Filtration Medium if able, because Sand might be more useful than Regolith because it can be used for Glass Forge
