Decor +% wrong culculation (TU)

ladder is -5 point decor  now we have +0.1% if the ladder is from sandstone or +0.2% for granite

it works great for positive decor but for negative we get -5.5 decor for sandstone and -6 for granite

so granite ladder is uglier that a sand stone one

At least for ladders, this seems to be addressed in Launch Update:
sandstone ladder has decor effect of -4.5
granite ladder is -4
