If you deconstruct a building that can have a set priority level (research station, algae habitat, etc) and then cancel the deconstruction it sets the priority level back to 5 no matter what it was at previously.
Steps to Reproduce
Have any finished building with a priority set to not 5, then order to deconstruct it, but before it's deconstructed cancel the deconstruction.
